Good for Android, some setup needed

I purchased the Full Pack Android monitoring, opting for the 12-month subscription. The order process itself was straightforward on their website. After payment, I received an email with installation instructions, which were clear enough but did require physical access to the device for about 10-15 minutes, as expected. The app icon is indeed hidden after setup, which was a main concern. Data updates, like messages and call logs, usually came through within 5-10 minutes, which felt timely. The GPS location tracker was accurate within a few meters, very helpful. I did contact support once about an issue with the browser history not syncing immediately; they responded within 6 hours and provided a solution that involved restarting the target device. Overall, it performs as advertised for monitoring an Android.

Decent service, minor hiccup

I got the 3-month subscription for the Full Pack Android monitoring. The setup was mostly smooth, and the keylogger worked surprisingly well, catching most inputs. I found the contact list viewer helpful, too. Delivery of the access details was instant after purchase. My only minor issue was that the app usage blocker sometimes took a few minutes to enforce the settings, not immediate like I hoped. Customer service was responsive when I asked about it, explaining it's due to device sync cycles. Overall, it's a solid tool, just don't expect instant action on every remote command.

Saved money on annual plan

I was looking for a decent monitoring solution and checked out uMobix. I saw they had an annual plan for the Full Pack iOS monitoring, which made it a lot cheaper than paying monthly. It felt like a good deal, especially since I planned to use it for a while. The savings were significant, so it made the purchase worthwhile.
